We pride ourselves on being able to provide real additional value in every area of your private medical insurance. Our key intermediary status with all of the leading medical insurers enables us to offer all the following added value benefits at no extra cost.

  • Attentive personal service from experienced and friendly staff
  • Dedicated annual market review and rate negotiation to ensure the most competitive subscriptions
  • Notification of all policy and benefits as they take effect
  • Full administration support with documentation distribution, membership changes etc.
  • Explanation of benefit and cover levels including access to marketing materials / presentations as required
  • Ensuring full Financial Services Authority regulatory protection
  • Assistance and explanation of all invoicing / payment queries
  • Access to a range of voluntary benefits including discounted personal rates where applicable
  • Advice and assistance with health screens, lifestyle assessment, occupational health requirements, employee assistance programmes, dental schemes, worldwide travel cover and international medical insurance

Standard claims process would be to refer all claims enquiries to insurer's claims helpline and to issue claims reports as and when received. Any claims problems would be referred straight to insurer.

Premium Service Plus offers all of the Premium Service benefits PLUS:

  • Access to dedicated claims manager via freephone claims line
  • Telephone pre-authorisation of all claims for every member
  • NHS treatment encouraged wherever possible (thereby reducing claims expenditure)
  • Sourcing alternative treatments / hospitals / specialists for members when requested
  • Ad hoc assistance with 'VIP'cases - i.e. senior management
  • Chase up additional medical information including the provision of medical history reports
  • Processing all treatment invoices issued to members
  • Assistance with claims settlement including negotiation of shortfalls
  • Advice on claims invoicing process including explanation of treatment costs
  • Application of excess paymens (if applicable)

Premium Service Plus is all about you. It lets us look after the little details that make the big difference when people are unwell, leaving you to concentrate on getting better.

Allow us to help remove a lot of the worry and stress from your private medical treatment by providing the above additional benefits at a very small cost.

Premium Service Plus is available for only 1.5% of your annual premium, payable by completing a monthly Direct Debit Mandate.
